These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Crystal Gomez Tech (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, including our website, CRM platform, consulting services, educational programs, or events, you agree to these Terms.
Crystal Gomez Tech provides technology solutions and services including:
• CRM subscription access
• Technology consulting
• Digital literacy training
• Educational programs and workshops
• Business events (virtual and in-person)
Services may be delivered online, in person, or through third-party platforms
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless otherwise approved in writing.
You may be required to provide accurate and current information to access certain services
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate or unauthorized information.
If you subscribe to the Crystal Gomez Tech CRM Subscription:
You are granted access to a cloud-based CRM platform
Access includes up to three accounts with unlimited users per account
The platform is supported by third-party providers
You acknowledge that:
• Certain features may incur additional usage-based fees (SMS, email, phone services)
• Messaging services may require registration (A2P 10DLC)
• Platform functionality may depend on third-party providers
Crystal Gomez Tech is not responsible for third-party outages, limitations, or service changes.
All fees must be paid as outlined in your invoice or service agreement
Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month
Annual subscriptions are billed on the same calendar date each year
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension of services. A reactivation fee may apply.
We understand that schedules may change. Our policy is as follows:
Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice
Late Cancellations: If canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited and non-refundable.
Before Start Date: Partial refunds may be available if canceled at least 7 days prior
After Start Date: No refunds once the program begins
Credits: May be issued at our discretion
Registrations: Non-refundable unless canceled by us
Transfers: Allowed with at least 48 hours’ written notice
• Monthly subscriptions may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle
• Annual subscriptions remain active through the full billing term
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services. In such cases, you may receive a rescheduled date, credit, or refund.
You agree to use our services only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute access to the CRM platform
• Use services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities
• Violate communication or data protection laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
If using the CRM platform, you are responsible for:
• Managing your data and contacts
• Obtaining proper consent before sending communications
• Compliance with applicable privacy and communication laws
Crystal Gomez Tech does not control how you use your data.
All materials, training content, and digital resources are provided for your personal or business use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without written permission.
All content, materials, and resources created by Crystal A. Gomez remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security. The platform may rely on third-party providers for service delivery.
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Gomez Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our services may include integrations or reliance on third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:
• Third-party outages or service interruptions
• Changes to third-party features or pricing
• Data handling by third-party providers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Legal or compliance concerns
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
